Naamkaran: Saisha (Payal Bhojwani) requests Avni (Aditi Rathore) to adopt her to give her surname

In the future story of Star Plus popular show Naamkaran loyal viewers will get to witness Saisha getting restless for love Karan.

Saisha calls up Karan and expresses her love for Karan while Karan too expresses his love for her.

However, Kamini informs Saisha to reveal her surname then she will surely accept.
