Dil Hi Toh Hai: Palak unexpected step seeing Ritwik in critical condition

Sony TV Serial Dil Hi Toh Hai is something moving forward to show some eye-catching twists and turns in the storyline.

Recently, it was seen that how Ritwik fires Palak from his office and Palak also grooves hate for Ritwik as she learned his evil intentions.

But their fate brings them close again, Ritwik wants Palak to return in his office while Palak asks him to join the medical camp.

Unfortunately Ritwik falls sick where Palak gets worried seeing Ritwik's condition and thus she decides to join back Ritwik's office.
