YRKKH: Naira's premature labour twist Kartik loses fatherhood happiness

The upcoming episode of Star Plus popular daily soap Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is up for high voltage drama.

Kartik and Naira are happy to be together and enjoying babymoon with Naksh and Keerti but soon tragedy hits them.

Keerti and Naksh had deadly accident and Kartik rushes to hospital to find that Keerti is in comma.
