Sarvagun Sampanna: Prem Mittal's heart attack drama Kabir choose Kavya

Star Plus popular daily soap Ek Bhram Sarvagun Sampanna is gearing up for new drama and twist.

Janhvi plays her game and burst out Kavya's widow truth infront of all amid the anniversary party.

Prem Mittal gets furious and lashes at Kabir, while he faints and suffers heart attack and thus Janhvi and Dhruv takes her in ambulance.

Janhvi is happy while soon Prem gets up and tells them that he was doing drama to avoid all the guests and people.

While Prem now returns home and beats Kabir and asks him to choose amid Kavya or family, Kabir takes his decision to choose Kavya over his family.
