Kartik is missing from Goenka house on the day of wedding, here Kartik gets to know a shocking truth.

Kartik finds that the kid for whom he is sponsoring the treatment is Kairav and he is shocked to know this.

Kartik thus wants to meet Kairav for once before his operation and thus goes to meet him at hospital.
