YRKKH: Is Ranveer's illness a lie for Sirat Kartik's union?

Kartik, Sirat, Ranveer's relationship comes back to good terms and everything is working fine.

Ranveer learns about his illness and here he meets Kartik and breaks down into tears.

Ranveer reveals to Kartik that he is dying and he don't want Kartik to let Sirat know it and wants to keep it a secret.

Ranveer don't want Sirat to worry for him and here Ranveer now asks Kartik to hold Sirat's hand after he isn't there.

Kartik refuses and tells Ranveer that Sirat will not agree for it as she only loves him while Ranveer makes Kartik hear the audio recording.

Ranveer now asks Kartik to accept Sirat and move on, Ranveer wants Kartik to fulfil his last wish.

Is Ranveer faking his illness drama for Sirat, Kartik's union as there is no other way in which Sirat and Kartik can unite.

Ranveer knows that Sirat will never agree to betray him and marry Kartik and thus he found this as a way for their union.
