Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Kartik's (Mohsin Khan) operation successful, Sirat (Shivangi Joshi) emotional 

Star Plus longest running show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is gearing up for interesting twist and drama.

Kartik and Sirat's life seems to completely change as Sirat is fighting in boxing ring and Karin operation theatre.

Kartik had promised Akshu and Goenka's that he will get back for them and he even writes letter for Sirat.

Sirat is shattered with Kartik's this decision of hiding truth from her and she comes to hospital.

Sirat thus manages to arrange blood for Kartik and here his life is saved and he comes out of operation theatre.
