The current episode starts with Dev and Sonakshi still at accident spot and Dev trying to wake up Sonakshi.

Dev tells story of his childhood about his difficulties and struggles, keeps Sonakshi awake.

Ambulance comes just then and rushes Sonakshi-Dev to hospital, doctors asks for Sonakshi's blood group.

Dev informs Saurav about Sonakshi's accident and asks about her blood group.

Doctors asks Dev's relationship with Sonakshi and calls her his wife and then leaves from there.

Sonakshi's family are worried for Sonakshi and reaches to hospital, begs Dev to recover Sonakshi and gets emotional.

There Dev struggles to arrange A- blood group for Sonakshi and asks everyone for blood group.

Sonakshi's mother is shattered and cries before Dev, asks him to save Sonakshi somehow.

Dev consoles Sonakshi's family and takes care of Sonakshi's mother on her behalf.

Dev's secretary manages to arrange blood and donates blood for Sonakshi, thanks Dev for all.

Dev takes care of Sonakshi, stands outside her room whole night.
