The current episode begins with Dr. Indu and Prisha's conversation where Rajeev is stunned to know that Saransh is his and Mahima's son.
Rajeev gets another major shocker on knowing Mahima died while giving birth to their son.
Rajeev breaks down and goes to confront the God.
Rajeev recalls his painful past where Mahima meets him and tells him about her pregnancy.
Rajeev gets happy to know that Mahima has convinced his child but Mahima refuses to ask abort her child.
Rajeev stops Mahima and promises to be with her and their child but Mahima reminds him about his wife Ahana.
Rajeev compels about how he left her and married Ahana because of his dad business deal.
Rajeev pampers Mahima and they both get happy when Rajeev decides to divorce Ahana.
Rajeev talks to his father about divorcing Ahana as his girlfriend is pregnant with his child but his father slaps him and warns him as if he dared to divorce Ahana then he will not spare the girl.
Rajeev confronts Ahana and demands divorce but Ahana refuses while she also taunts him.
Flashback ends, Rajeev cries before God questioning the injustice happened with him and Mahima.
Rajeev promises Mahima to fight for his son and will not repeat his mistake again.
Prisha meets Saransh and caresses him while as soon as she leaves, Rajeev meets Saransh and gets teary eyes caressing him.
They both have a cute talk while Saransh thanks him for saving the cat.
Rajeev recalls Dr. Indu telling Prisha that they failed to saved Mahima.
Rajeev is heartbroken but promises to get his son back.
Prisha and Saransh leave for their home where Prisha’s mom scolds Saransh and the family spends a moment together.
Yuvraj comes and is shocked hearing Rajeev saved Saransh.

Rajeev feeds sweet to Rudraksh and confesses about a good news while he agrees to tell the news soon at the right time.
Rudraksh feels blessed seeing Rajeev happy while Rudraksh has planned a surprise party for Rajeev on his birthday.
Prisha's dad wants to postpone the wedding but Yuvraj refuses talking about the preparations have been made, finally he convinces everyone for the wedding.
Rajeev gets lots of gifts and toys. Excited Rajeev tells Ahana that he is adopting a child while Ahana gets angry and bursts at her.
