The episode starts with Manish behaving weird and Kartik controls him and family is puzzled.
Kartik calls doctor and asks him about Manish's behavior, doctor tells Kartik that Manish had brain swelling because of accident.
Kartik is shocked and Naira asks him to tell what doctor has said, Kartik bursts at Naira and says it is because of the accident.
Manish had swelling in his brain due to accident and here Naira is shocked, Suwarna is broken.
Akhilesh and Samarth tries to console family, Dadi asks Akhilesh to get Kartik to handle his father.
Akhilesh comes to Kartik and asks him to stay strong as it is not the time to fall weak and Kartik recalls childhood with Manish.
Kartik gets Kairav's call who motivates him and says that Rama was saying that father is big until the son is small and once son becomes big then father becomes small.
